The home of Miso Vegan Ramen, Parco Ramen serves home-style Japanese food and, of course, the comfort food of many people around the globe, a nice, hot bowl of ramen.
Starting as a temporary pop-up shop during the 2020 lockdown, Parco Ramen ultimately evolved into a fully operating ramen restaurant in Moonee Ponds. All the ramen and broths are made from scratch and use only housemade koji. As for their signature Miso Vegan Ramen, they only make one batch a week, so it’s on a first-come, first-served basis.
You can also enjoy a variety of dons or rice bowls, as well as vegan or juicy pork gyoza and truffle fries as side dishes. Parco Ramen, located at 17a Hall Street Moonee Ponds, offers a satisfying and delicious bowl of ramen as well as a selection of your favourite home-style Japanese cuisines.
