Terms and Conditions: Free Movie Tickets

1. Eligibility: The Spend, Splurge, Save Promotion (“Promotion”) is open to all customers who make purchases totalling $100 or more at participating Moonee Ponds businesses during the promotional period, excluding purchases made at Kmart, Coles, Aldi, and Woolworths.
2. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on 1^st July 2024 and ends on 30^th August 2024 or until the allocated funds are exhausted, whichever comes first.
3. Cash Back Offer: Customers who meet the eligibility criteria are entitled to claim $20 cash back on their qualifying purchases.
4. Claim Process: To claim the cash back, customers must upload their qualifying receipts along with their contact and bank account details to the designated online platform.
5. Verification: All claims are subject to verification by the Moonee Ponds Traders Association. False, misleading, or incomplete information may result in disqualification.
6. Funds Allocation: The Moonee Ponds Traders Association will allocate a total of $10,000 towards the Promotion. Once this amount is exhausted, the Promotion will end, regardless of the end date.
7. Disbursement of Cash Back: Cash back will be processed within 14 days of the claim submission and will be deposited directly into the customer’s nominated bank account.
8. Limitations: Each customer is limited to one cash back claim per receipt and bank account. Splitting transactions to claim multiple cash backs is not permitted.
9. Exclusions: Purchases made at Kmart, Coles, Aldi, and Woolworths are not eligible for cash back.
10. General Conditions: Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Moonee Ponds Traders Association reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
11. Governing Law: The Promotion is governed by the laws of Victoria. Any disputes arising from the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
